Instead of building each form from scratch, you may start with templates.
Log in to Sign and choose Create form. In the form editor, select Use template and pick a suitable template from the menu.
NB. Choosing a template overwrites any changes you have made in the editor.
After choosing a template, you may modify it as you wish. Changes made are not reflected in the template. You can e.g. create several versions of a form for different needs. Proceed to settings and saving the form as you would with a form created from scratch. Templates do not affect default form settings.
More templates will be added over time. Please share your needs by contacting Visma Sign customer service.
You can share via email any form you have created. You may send a form to anyone, and the recipient does not need to use Visma Sign to receive the shared form. However, to open and use the form the user needs to have access to a company's Visma Sign account. The recipient may e.g. register Sign for one's company and immediately be able to access the shared form.
NB. Visma Sign Forms is not available for private users of Visma Sign.
Open your form for editing via the link in email. Once in form editor, select Actions - Share form. The form needs to be published to enable sharing.
Enter recipient's email address and your personal note. The recipient receives an email with instructions to open the form, and your note. Once the recipient opens the shared form, any changes, copies and sharing will not affect your original form.
NB. You may share forms to anyone, regardless of whether they are in the same company as you. Sharing does not let the recipient to your documents, any other forms or any other company data you may have in Visma Sign.
You may copy any form to modify it for new purposes.
Open the form in form editor. Select Actions - Copy form.
You may now continue to modify the form as if you would have started from scratch. Any changes made in the copied form will not be reflected back to the original form.
Please make sure that the copied form has the right settings for the new purpose. Not all settings nor the logo will be copied from the original form.
