When you save a new form, you will receive an email with links for modifying and publishing the form. The email will be sent to your email address in your Visma Sign profile. The email subject includes the form title to ensure you can easily find the right form later.
You may modify the form by following the modification link.
The form opens in the form editor.
You may modify all the form fields, texts, options etc. just like when creating a new form. You can move between tabs by selecting the tab from the top of the page.
Please note that all changes will be immediately in force when you select the Save button at the bottom of the page. If the form is in use, all users will see the changes as soon as they open the form.
If you want to take your time to prepare a new version of a form, it is usually better to make a copy of the original form and modify that. Once you are satisfied with your new form you can publish it or distribute the link. You can copy the form by selecting Actions - Copy form.
