The service prices are always shown on the Visma Sign presentation page. Charging is based on signatures made and text messages sent. Launching, use, users added by companies, folders or any other settings within the service do not cause extra costs.
Later as the service expands, chargeable event types may be introduced. Any changes to prices and charging principles will always be informed about in advance, as stated in the user conditions.
Use of the service by companies is charged afterwards each month. The lowest invoiced amount is 10 signatures. For example, if a user has only used 9 signatures in a month, these are transferred to the next month’s invoice or any subsequent invoice once the invoicing threshold of 10 signatures is reached. If fewer than 10 signatures have been used in a year, they are charged for at the end of the year.
The invoice is sent electronically, unless the company has not given its e-invoice address at registration or submitted it later to email@example.com. E-invoicing is the recommended method. If a company is part of a group, it is possible to make a consolidated invoice for the group to include the invoicing of more than one group company. Send details of the desired companies, complete with invoicing details, to be included in a consolidated invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. The recipient of a consolidated invoice must be registered as a company to the Visma Sign service.
Private persons can buy signatures in advance under My information in the settings. Private persons are not invoiced; they must buy signatures in advance. You can buy as many signatures as you like. You can select prepaid packages of 5, 10 or 20 signatures. The first signature is always free for new customers.
